Crazyflie2.1 assembly and autonomous flight
When I started exploring open-source drones to port some of the projects from Flying Car and Autonomous Flight Engineer nanodegree program on Udacity, I was grappling with the question of building my own drone vs. buying a ready-to-fly drone. Also, is nanodegree really worth it? In this eBook, I summarize my experience with Crazyflie2.1 drone and provide my personal advice on the route you can take without emptying your wallet. Here are the chapters in this book:
- Chapter 1: Crazyflie2.1 Micro-UAV Assembly
- Chapter 2: Porting Backyard Flyer Project to Crazyflie
- Chapter 3: Porting Motion Planning Project to Crazyflie
- Chapter 4: Simultaneous Localization and Mapping (SLAM) with Crazyflie
- Chapter 5: Concluding Remarks
